Catalogue brand Avon have really come up trumps with their new AW13 collection. Using True Colour technology, they have created an amazing selection of products that deliver vivid, long-lasting shades. Made up of 17 eye palettes and 60 different lip colours, there's something here for everyone.
True Colour technology is designed to ensure that the colour you see in the palette is the colour you get! Avon's technical team developed a new base for their makeup - rather than using the traditional opaque base, their new products use a translucent base, which allows the colour pigments to really stand out.
Some of the products in the range are brand new, whereas others have been reformulated, but they all use the same True Colour technology.

I think my favourites from the eye range are the larger 8 shadow eye palettes - the nude set reminds me of Urban Decay's infamous Naked Palette. I'm also loving the new lip crayons, which come in 6 shades, and are really long lasting. Be warned, they do have quite a lot of shimmer in, so if you prefer a matte finish, these aren't for you.
The prices are all really reasonable: £6 for eye shadow duos, £9 for the quads and £12 for the 8 shadow palettes. Lipsticks come in 30 shades and will be £7.50, Lip Gloss £6.50 and the Lip Crayons £7.50.
The new range launches in August - what do you have your eye on?
