February empties

Despite having a lot few slip ups on my spending ban this month, I've still managed to finish off quite a few products. Admittedly a few are 'travel size', but I still think I've done pretty well!

Molton Brown energising seamoss bath and shower gel 100ml - this is really refreshing to use in the mornings. It's pricey, so won't be repurchasing until my stash has completely disappeared!

Boots simply sensitive toner - me regular, gentle, £3 toner - already onto the next bottle

Ojon volumising conditioner 50ml - I loved this conditioner. It didn't weigh my hair down at all but still moisturised it. Sadly, the £20 full size price puts me off a little, so I'm on the hunt for a cheaper alternative.

Louise Galvin fine hair shampoo 100ml - This came from a Latest in Beauty box a few months ago and it's perfect for me hair. It also smells divine - really citrusy. I am thinking about repurchasing, but need to locate stockists, as I'm not sure where I can find this.

Bioderma micellar water 100ml - It's taken me months to finish this off. I don't like it - it dries my eyes out, despite stating on the bottle you can use it to remove eye makeup. Won't buy again.

Mark Hill heat protector spray 50ml - I regularly buy this heat protector, as it does a good job, and a full size bottle comes in at about a fiver. Already repurchased.

Trilogy rosehip oil 2.5ml - I've really fallen in love with this oil over the past month. I use it at night time and wake up with lovely soft skin. Have repurchased a large bottle!

YSL false lash effect mascara - my favourite mascara - it's just a shame it dries out so fast. Have already bought anotehr one.

Chanel stylo yeux waterproof liner black - a really long-lasting liner, I use this on my waterline and it stays on all day. I get through maybe 1 to 2 of these a year, so despite the higher cost, they seem pretty economical to me! Definitely a repurchase.

Lavera rose moisturiser sachet x2 - This was a nice moisturiser, but had a strong rose smell. It lingered a little so not my favourite and wouldn't purchase a full size.

Essential care rose moisturiser sachet - I really didn't like this. The smell was overwhelming and the moisturiser was quite thin. Not one for me!

Have you tried any of these products before?

  1. It's refreshing to hear about some one who doesn't love bioderma, I haven't tried it but tried another brand and it made my skin really sting. x

  2. I like Louise Galvin, I picked up a the fragrance free conditioner at TK Maxx. I think you have to buy via their website, I'm not aware of other stockists at the moment :)

    1. I think if you can get a small bottle first that's a good way to test it. It does a good job, it just doesn't agree with my skin x

  8. I've not seen the fuss in the micellar water trend either. I just don't find they remove eye make up properly and find they tug too much. Nice lot of empties. The shampoo sound's like a good buy x
